Introduction

Hollow-Core slab machines of JWT began the production of hollow-core slabs on 1999 using the Elematic extrusion system. A hollowcore slab is a precast/prestressed concrete slab with continuous voids provided to reduce weigh tand, therefore, cost and, as a side benefit, to use to concealed electrical or mechanical runs. Primarily used as floor or roof deck systems, hollowcore slabs also have applications as wall panels, spandrel members, sound barriers, retaining walls and bridge deck units. The principle benefits of precast hollowcore slabs are their speed of installation and their design versatility making them suitable for use in all construction types and configurations.

JWT precast prestressed concrete slab floor making machine is a new construction machinery,which is widely used for molding different pre-stressed concrete hollow slabs in the field of industrial and civil construction.
